Casa Bonita is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home rental, beautifully furnished with a 26 ft x 14 ft swimming pool and covered lanai and is just a 4 mile drive to Walt Disney World Resort.
This wonderful property backs onto natural Floridian countryside enabling you to relax in privacy. The Covered Lanai has a Patio Table and is equipped with a grill for your outdoor pleasure. Charcoal is provided in your welcome basket.
Televisions with Cable TV with DVD/VHS players and Radio Alarm Clocks are located in each of the 4 bedrooms. The family room boasts a 57“ Television with Cable TV and DVD player. There is a desktop computer with full high speed internet access in the family room. An air hockey table, Pool Table, and foosball table are in the Game room along with a dart game and a TV.
Casa Bonita is just 20 minutes from Orlando Airport and only an hour’s drive from Kennedy Space Center and the beautiful Atlantic Coast Beaches.

- Low Season $109.00/day

Rate Information
Minimum stay is 5 nights. Rates do NOT include local & state TAXES (13%). A partial payment of $150.00 toward the rental costs is payable within 7 days of making the reservation. There are no other fees.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $250 via credit card is required just before check-in (processed as an authorization but not charged).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your reservation prior to the 30th day before your scheduled arrival the $150 down-payment is forfeited.
If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival, $250 of the paid rental cost is forfeited and the remainder is returned to you. If the reservation is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, then $350 is forfeited and the remainder is returned to you.
Note: As soon as your reservation is accepted we begin turning-away other customers, If you then cancel the reservation –especially if there are less than 30 days before check-in, the opportunity to find replacement renters or guests is very limited, and other guests, who would have rented during the same period, have already secured other accommodations.
Additional Terms & Conditions
If changes result in a shortened stay, within 30 days of the arrival date, the rental rate will be recalculated to include 50% of the rate for days eliminated from the contract period, and the remainder will be returned to you.
If a cancellation occurs, any credit card fees associated with processing the rental payment or the refund/credit will be deducted from the amount refunded or credited to the guest.
